An established, growing organisation is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee consolidated reporting, budgeting, governance, taxation and financial controls across multiple business units.
This role offers strong exposure to executive leadership, complex group structures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities.
- Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation and IFRS compliance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reporting.
- Manage taxation, audits, treasury and financial controls.
- Lead and develop the head office finance team and drive process improvements.
- Relevant professional qualification (SAICA / CIMA / SAIPA or equivalent).
- Minimum 6 years financial experience, with at least 3 years in management.
- Strong technical accounting, reporting and compliance experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial ERP systems proficiency.
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems and manage multiple stakeholders.
