Finance Manager
Job Description
Leverage your finance leadership experience within a fast-paced operational environment. Our client is seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager to oversee financial governance, risk management, and performance across business operations. This role plays a key part in driving financial discipline, supporting operational efficiency, and developing team capability in alignment with organisational objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Prepare and review monthly management and operational reports
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and working capital
Oversee cash flow planning and financial risk management
Lead and develop the finance and operational support team
Manage service providers and ensure SLA compliance
Align financial initiatives with broader business objectives
Support operational efficiency, cost control, and risk mitigation
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a fast-paced operational or commercial environment
Strong understanding of business processes and financial controls
Sound auditing and accounting knowledge
Qualifications
Finance-related degree, or
CA(SA)
