:
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and internal controls
Prepare accurate monthly management and operational financial reports
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Ensure adequate store compensation and cost recovery mechanisms
Manage and develop the finance and operational support team
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Oversee and manage outsourced facilities and service providers
Align financial and operational projects with overall business objectives
Support stock management, logistics efficiency and risk mitigation initiatives
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a logistics, warehousing or FMCG distribution environment
Strong understanding of product flow, SOPs and operational processes
Solid auditing and accounting knowledge
Qualification:
Finance-related degree or
CA(SA)
