Finance Manager

Job Description
To oversee the financial health of an organization by overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and looking to make improvements to procedures and controls.
Required Qualifications
- BCom Degree/ relevant Accounting degree.
- Minimum of 4 - 7 years experience as a Finance Manager.
- Experience within the property management industry
- Experience with quarterly Management Accounts
- Preparation of AFS (17 entities) and coordination of Audits
- Insurance policy reviews/addition and claims.
- Payroll collation and HR files - Statutory requirements of PAYE / UIF / WCA.
- Presentation of the AFS at AGMs / Meetings and Minutes.
- SARS VAT and Tax returns.
- Positive, proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills - verbal & written.
- Dynamic and self-driven.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
