Finance Lead - Pretoria Finance / Accounting ~ Manufacturing and Production

Permanent position
Remuniration: Market related CTC package
Reporting to CEO
Job Purpose
Lead the financial compliance, administration, control and reporting of the relevant business units in accordance with the listed Groups standards and policies.
Duties and Requirements
Responsible for the accurate presentation of management reporting information.
Maintain the integrity of accounting systems.
Ensure a high standard of financial controls and compliance are in place across all facets of the businesses.
Effective Management of Working Capital.
Manage exchange rate risk and insurance requirements.
Preparation of budgets, financials and cash forecasts including statutory tax functions.
Support Procurement in the context of strict cashflow control.
Identify and communicate key risks to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
- BCom / BA Accounting with CTA / PGDA or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience.
Superior IFRS, MS Office and Excel (in particular) skills and knowledge
Industrial / Manufacturing background with strong understanding of both finance and costing.
