A vacancy for this position currently exists at MiWay Head Office: Kosmosdal, reporting to the Financial Operations Manager.
Result Areas
JDE system processing of management expenses payments.
Investigate accounts payable issues as needed.
Monthly reconciliation of supplier's accounts.
Updating fixed asset register on JDE system and processing depreciation journals.
Fixed Asset reconciling.
Company Credit card administration.
Monthly reconciling of Visa Spend System to JDE system (GL).
Fleet card administration.
New applications, cancellations, and amendments.
Prepare monthly accrual schedule.
Quarterly submissions (Reserve Bank and SASRIA)
Ad Hoc Projects.
