DataDot requires the services of a dynamic individual for the following position:

Finance Intern (24 Month Contract) Location: Bedfordview, Gauteng

DataDot Technology SA (Pty) Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Finance Department as a Finance Intern on a 12-month internship contract. This role is ideal for a student who is currently studying part-time and progressing toward their third or final year of an accredited diploma or degree in Finance or a related field.

Minimum Requirements

Currently enrolled part-time in an accredited diploma/degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Must be heading towards 3rd or final year of study.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily financial operations, including data capturing, reconciliations, and reporting.

Support in processing invoices, payments, and managing financial documentation.

Aid in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Assist with audits and compliance requirements as needed.

Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance team.

This position is based at our head office in Bedfordview, Gauteng. Candidates must be able to commute reliably to the office.
