Summary
The role will focus on coordinating the IM budget, committee approvals, forecasts, expenditure, cost optimization and financial reporting.
This is a Contract role for 12 months (Renewable) and you will be based in Rosebank on hybrid schedule.
Description

• Conduct monthly recharge invoicing, review the received recharged invoices and distribute to the relevant business and operational areas.
• Review monthly actuals in Power BI and SAP.
• Review quarterly forecast and analyse for savings and overbudget.
• Accurately load the updated forecast into SAP.
• Engage with stakeholders for governance and proactively address and resolve all escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate budget process and follow up with managers to ensure timely submission of budget information.
• Review and sign off on project closeout reports for initiatives and CAPEX projects in SAP and facilitate signing for actuals.
• Communicate deadlines for accrual submissions and supporting documents.
• Review and approve notes for all Purchase Requisitions.
• Conduct daily/weekly reviews of outstanding POs and PRs to ensure timely processing.
• Review loaded budget in SAP across all cost centres to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Prepare a reconciliation of key vendors.
Minimum Requirements
Formal qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma or equivalent in relevant IM or Finance discipline.
• Relevant SAP Certification

Experience:

• 5 -years working experience in a similar role

Technical knowledge (experience) required for role:

• Proven accounting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Proficient Stakeholder Engagement skills
• Experience with SAP
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively present financial information
• Experience with analysis and benchmarking of financial/business data
