Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control costs to improve financial efficiency.
- Lead financial risk management and internal controls.
- Support business decision-making through financial analysis.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
- Minimum 8-10 years' senior finance experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian financial regulations and tax laws.
- ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
