As the Finance Executive, you will report directly to the Managing Director and oversee regional and international finance functions. You will lead financial strategy, governance, and operational execution while mentoring teams to achieve professional growth. The role requires hands-on involvement in financial reporting, risk management, compliance, business planning, and capital project evaluations, all while ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards and international frameworks.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- Completed Senior and Middle Management Development Programmes.
- Over 15 years of financial leadership experience
- Proven track record in healthcare
- Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, corporate governance, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong exposure to multinational operations and African markets.
- Advanced systems knowledge
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and finance teams.
