As the Finance Executive, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and take ownership of the strategic financial direction of the company. You will lead a team of 8+ finance professionals, manage end-to-end project finance, and spearhead capital-raising initiatives through banks and development financiers. You will also work closely with operations and supply chain to align financial planning with distribution objectives and ensure long-term profitability and risk mitigation.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) or equivalent financial qualification.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a finance leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of at least 8 people.
- Extensive project finance exposure in energy, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Demonstrated success in raising capital from banks and financial institutions.
- Industry experience in logistics and/or manufacturing is essential.
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
