The Financial Director will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance, while identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Qualifications
A post graduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
An MBA or master's degree is highly desirable.
Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent certification.

10 to 15 years' experience in manufacturing, chemical and/or agricultural environment.
Minimum of 5 years senior management level experience as a CFO.
Experience in managing multiple international regions and entities at a senior level.

Strategic Financial Leadership
Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership to develop and execute the BU's financial strategy in alignment with Omnia's Group objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, including investments, market expansion, and operational improvements.
Drive long-term financial planning to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to the Managing Director and executive team.
Capital Management & Resource Allocation
