NIVA Health is redefining healthcare across the U.S. We're scaling fast--and our Wound Care Division needs a Finance Director who can stand at the table with our Founder & CEO, shaping financial strategy at the highest level.

This isn't an "add-on" contract. This is your seat on the leadership team. You'll own the numbers, the vision, and the financial backbone of one of the fastest-growing healthcare divisions in our group.

What You'll Do

Lead all financial strategy and execution: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day operations. Drive revenue optimization--billing, collections, payer compliance--ensuring both performance and integrity. Oversee cross-border finance: U.S. GAAP, IFRS, payroll, tax, reporting, and compliance. Deliver clear insights and financial models that fuel confident executive decisions. Build and mentor a finance team grounded in accountability, trust, and scale. Partner with the Founder & CEO, and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with clinical and operational leaders.

What You Bring

CA(SA) or CPA (strong preference) 7+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally with healthcare or multi-entity structures. Expertise in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with proven success across borders. A track record in revenue operations, audits, and tax compliance. Executive presence: decisive, strategic, and clear under pressure. Strong communication--able to make complex numbers make sense for any audience.
