NIVA Health's Wound Care Division is growing rapidly across the U.S., and we're looking for a

Finance Director

based in

South Africa

to lead our financial operations with precision, integrity, and innovation.

You won't be alone--we already have a Finance Director supporting our Wellness Division. This role will focus exclusively on the financial leadership of our Wound Care business. You'll report directly to our Founder and collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and executive teams across two continents.

What You'll Own:

Lead all financial strategy and day-to-day operations for the Wound Care Division. Drive revenue cycle performance--including billing, collections, and payer compliance. Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting--both short-term and long-range. Oversee payroll, tax compliance, and cross-border financial reporting (U.S. GAAP + IFRS). Guide leadership decisions with data-driven insights and actionable financial models. Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a culture of accountability and trust.

What You Bring:

CA(SA) or CPA (strongly preferred), with a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or similar. 5-7 years of progressive finance leadership--ideally in healthcare or multi-entity orgs. Solid experience with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and cross-border financial operations. Proven success with revenue cycle management, audits, tax compliance, and team building. Confidence, initiative, and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills--you can simplify complex financials for any audience.
