About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Controller to lead our financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and support the company's long-term financial health. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, solid business acumen, and proven leadership experience within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics.

Internal Controls & Compliance

Develop, implement, and strengthen robust internal control systems. Ensure compliance with statutory filings, audits, tax regulations, and financial policies. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and internal controls.

Key Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership and team-management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to multinational or multi-entity environments. Experience in manufacturing, banking, technology, or services Experience in process automation or digital finance transformation.
