Finance, Compliance & Business Operations Coordinator (Contract)
Stellenbosch (Remote-first, with occasional on-site support) | Contract (6-12 months)
We are looking for a versatile
accounting professional
to join us on a
contract basis
and support our group of companies across South Africa and the Isle of Man. This role is ideal for someone who is
detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident in managing deadlines
while working independently.
You will support:

ntities based in South Africa and the Isle of Man
What you'll do:
Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and statutory compliance (SARS, VAT, CIPC).
Liaise with our Isle of Man Director and support CSP conversion documentation.
Manage guesthouse booking platforms (rates, availability, reports - not guest-facing).
Provide administrative support (scheduling, reporting, records management).
Assist with digital presence (basic website/social media updates).
What you'll need:
BCom Accounting / Finance degree or equivalent.
3+ years' experience in accounting, compliance, or admin.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Tech-savvy and able to work independently.
Based in or near Stellenbosch (preferred), with flexibility for occasional on-site support.
This is a
contract role
(6-12 months, renewable), offering flexibility and exposure to both
local and international operations
