Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Control of the full Cash Book function
- Overall responsible for the payment of creditors
- Specific areas of responsibility:
- Cash Book
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of the weekly cash flow report to the respective Accountant
- Processing of payments in the bank system
- Processing of payments & receipts in the Finance system
- Manage the CFC accounts and analyses all foreign exchange movement within the accounts, any problems to be reported to the respective
- Accountant and followed up
- Assist with various other tasks as and when required
- Matric plus 5 years experience in a Finance Department
- SAP knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and finance acumen
- Candidate must be able to work with strict month end deadlines
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
