Duties:
- Manage and oversee complex, multi-entity financial reporting.
- Partner with business units to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making
- Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
- Analyse and report on product and portfolio profitability, identifying key trends and risks
- Provide commercial support for new initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational improvements
- Develop and present financial performance reports to senior stakeholders
Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting Degree
- 5 years of proven experience in short-term insurance
- Strong background in profitability, budgeting, and forecasting
