Our client is looking for a Finance Business Partner who will be instrumental in steering the financial direction of the company. The role involves providing strategic financial insights that will drive business performance, optimizing internal processes, and spearheading cost management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Engage in meticulous business performance tracking and conduct comprehensive variance analysis.
Develop sophisticated financial models and perform in-depth data analysis.
Refine and elevate internal reporting structures to improve clarity and decision-making.
Spearhead cost management efforts to enhance financial efficiency.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies.
Assess and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations.
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and foresight.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant status is highly desirable
Bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, focusing on management accounting or business partnering.
Demonstrate proficiency with IFRS and reporting tools.
Exhibit expert-level skills in Excel and a knack for innovative problem-solving.
