Job Summary Our Client in the fuel and energy industry, based in the Kloof (Durban) Area is looking for a Finance Assistant to supports the Payroll Specialist and Senior Bookkeeper with administrative and transactional tasks to ensure efficient payroll and financial processing. This includes but not limited to: Responsibilities oPrepare weekly attendance registers and distribute to operations team. oCollate and ensure completeness of attendance registers oUpdate Payroll Specialist with any changes in learner details and status. oLiaise with Payroll specialist in relation to learner stipend queries. oPoint of contact for Journey administrators in relation to onboarding on learner queries. oSupport the Payroll Specialist to ensure payroll is processed timeously. Experience and Qualification oMatric o1-2 years' administrative experience oKnowledge of XERO advantageous oOwn Transport essential Skills oTime Management oCommunication oAttention to Detail oAnalytic thinking oTeam Player Kindly note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
