Finance Assistant: Travel Reconciliation ? Midrand, South Africa | ? Temporary position
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about accuracy in finance?
We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team and take ownership of travel reconciliations -- ensuring all staff travel expenses, advances, and refunds are processed correctly and on time.
What You'll Do
- Capture and reconcile travel transactions and staff advances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits and ensure proper document filing.
- Liaise with staff on finance-related queries.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years' experience in a finance or accounting environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (advantageous).
- Integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural team.
