About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Finance Assistant
to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing client portfolios and provide accounting support across a range of clients. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the accounting and finance field.Key Responsibilities
Manage client portfolios, including
debtors and creditors
management. Contribute to the management of a portfolio of clients in respect ofaccounting and consultation work
. Performbank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations
. Carry outbookkeeping to trial balance
. Perform general accounting functions. Handleclient communication and relationship maintenance
. Accurateprocessing of data
. Providegeneral administrative support
as needed.Minimum Qualifications
Matric certificate. Bookkeeping / Accounting Diploma
or
B.Compt Accounting (or equivalent part-time studies in progress). 2-3 years comparable experience (experience in a similar role will be highly advantageous). Proficiency in [insert software, e.g., Xero, Sage, or MS Excel].Own reliable transport is essential

Pay: R8500,00 - R12500,00 per month
