What You'll Do
- Guide customers through seamless vehicle financing processes
- Serve as the vital link between banks and customers during approval processes
- Sell value-added products and maximize dealer profitability
- Handle 60+ vehicle units per month with precision and care
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Application capture and validation
- Bank approvals and negotiations
- Contract finalization and administration
- Bank partnership maintenance
- Customer satisfaction excellence
- FAIS code adherence
- File management and auditing
- Regulatory compliance
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate (Non-negotiable)
- FAIS Accreditation (Current and valid)
- NCA Accreditation (Required)
- 3+ Years F&I Experience in motor vehicle sales
- High-Volume Capability - Handle 60+ deals monthly
- Master Negotiator with persuasive communication
- Customer Engagement Excellence
- Pressure Performance - Thrive in fast-paced environments
- Integrity & Transparency in all dealings
- Target-Driven Mindset with proven results
- Industry platform experience essential
