Job Title: Finance and Insurance Manager



Location: Hyundai Western Cape Region



Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to oversee the financial and insurance activities of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, overseeing insurance policies, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders Monitor cash flow and financial performance Coordinate insurance coverage for the company and manage insurance policies Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements Supervise the finance and insurance team and provide necessary training and support Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Support senior management in decision-making processes related to financial matters


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CPA certification is preferred 5+ years of experience in finance and insurance management Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices Experience with financial software and systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
