Job Title: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial operations in the Company.

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Administration Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Process supplier invoices, maintain accounts payable ledgers, and prepare supplier reconciliations. Administer employee expense claims in line with company policies, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Support month-end close activities: reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue schedules, and fixed asset postings. Assist with compliance submissions (e.g. VAT) and prepare audit-ready documentation. Contribute to insurance administration (policy schedules, renewals, claims documentation).

General:



Provide day-to-day support to the Finance Director Support continuous improvement by developing and maintaining finance templates, SOPs, and checklists Undertake ad hoc projects to support operational efficiency and financial systems optimisation

Education & Experience:



Education:



Relevant accounting/finance studies are advantageous.

Experience:



Experience with Pastel is advantageous At least 1 - 2 years experience as Finance administrator is advantageous
