We're seeking an experienced meticulous and organised Financial Administrator to manage driver payments and related financial tasks within the Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and amending driver payments, creating invoices in Navision, preparing trip sheets for client invoices and financial reconciliation, and engaging directly with drivers. A strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and a basic understanding of accounting are essential. The candidate must be willing to learn, grow within the role, and go the extra mile to ensure operations run smoothly. This person must take ownership and not hide behind their job description when challenges arise.

Key Responsibilities:
Process manual entries and amendments for driver payments accurately and timeously.
Create and manage invoices within Navision accounting software.
Prepare and compile detailed trip sheets for client invoices and financial reconciliation.
Engage and communicate effectively with drivers regarding payments and related queries.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support basic accounting functions.
Ensure payment records are accurate by investigating any discrepancies.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless operational flow.
Take ownership and manage tasks beyond the job description when necessary.
Use data analytics and geospatial tools to support strategic planning and expansion
Minimum requirements
Education & Experience:
National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 Matric
1-2 years postgraduate, preferably BCom/accounting.
Proven experience in financial administration, accounts payable and invoicing.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and basic data analysis.
Experience with Navision or similar ERP/accounting software is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and people skills to consult with drivers and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Willingness to learn, adapt, develop professionally, and take initiative to support operations fully.
