Our client is seeking 2 Finance Administrators to join the Walmer, Port Elizabeth team
Working hours can be from either 06:00am - 15:00pm or 07:00am to 16:00pm
xc2xb7 Manage end to end vendor transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments,
xc2xb7 Verify and match vendor accounts,
xc2xb7 Resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records,
xc2xb7 Ensure timely payments from clients,
xc2xb7 Collections of outstanding accounts,
xc2xb7 Reconcile bank transactions with financial records,
xc2xb7 Reconcile credit card transactions,
Requirements
xc2xb7 Grade 12
xc2xb7 Finance qualification preferred,
xc2xb7 Minimum 2 years experience,
xc2xb7 Proficient in MS Office,
xc2xb7 Xero experience essential
