We're looking for a motivated
Finance Administrator
to join our fast-growing technology business. This is a hands-on position supporting the finance and customer operations teams in keeping daily transactions, client records, and reconciliations running smoothly.
What you'll do
Maintain accurate customer and account information across internal systems
Process deposits, debit orders, and client payments
Perform weekly account reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies
Support vetting of new customer accounts and credit checks
Prepare pro-formas, statements, and assist with invoicing and payment allocations
Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries quickly and professionally
Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department
What we're looking for
5 years' experience in a finance or accounts-administration role
Solid understanding of reconciliations and transactional accounting
Strong Excel and data-entry accuracy
Good communication and customer-service skills
Proactive attitude, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
Experience with cloud-based accounting systems (Xero, Sage, or similar) is an advantage
