We foster your talent, with us you shine.Fleet cards - control of fleet cards, monthly reconciliation and capturing Motor vehicle administration - handle license renewals and fuel documentation Company cell phones - manage all cell phone contracts, perform monthly reconciliation and usage analysis Control of company credit cards Insurance - ensure all new items are added to the policy Cashbook processing and monthly bank reconciliation Capturing non-stock related supplier invoices Send out customer statements and weekly follow up on overdue AR Monthly creditors reconciliation Completion of vendor applications - review credit vetting and ensure that new contracts are opened in line with financial procedures Assist with Stock take - June and December Offering support to other departments Concur - reviewing and approving claims, issuing cash advances once approved by respective managers Assist with foreign payments to group Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary Support Finance Lead and daily operations (adhoc)
