Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Finance Administrator to be part of a high-performance Finance/Operations team within a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting practice.

The primary function of this role is to provide efficient and effective, accounting and administrative support to the Finance team.

Requirements:



3-5 years proven work experience in an accounting/administrative role.

Advanced level of competency in MS Excel software application.

Intermediate level of competency in MS Office email and word applications.

Exposure to Sage Pastel Partner Accounting software application would be an advantage.

Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise important tasks.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a high-performance team.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail required.

Relevant 3-year Bachelors degree qualification in Accounting would be preferred but not required
