Do you live in close proximity to Blackheath in the northern suburbs and have minimum two years' experience in finance administration and creditors?
Our client requires your basic bookkeeping skills, ability to manage suppliers accounts, reconciliations and general administration support to the team and directors.
Requirements:
Matric with minimum 2 years of experience in finance administration, creditors, compliance and general administration
Computer literate and excellent attention to details with checking of figures
Excellent communication liaison and written skills
Ability to use initiative
Experience in manufacturing advantageous
Attention to details and accuracy essential
Own transport advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing
Supplier account management and managing accounts timeously
Matches delivery notes to PO and captures supplier invoices
Reconciliations
Compliance & management documentation
Manage reporting requirements
Communication between various departments
General administrative support to the Directors and team members
Manage daily attendance registers and breathalyser test results
Capture staff hours working in conjunction with the clocking system
* Assist with inventory and management of stock
