TCPC Africa is looking for an experienced and reliable Finance & Administration Coordinator to join our new team. This role is critical for the smooth financial administration of our group operations. We are seeking a mature, detail-oriented individual with solid bookkeeping experience who can "hit the ground running." You will be responsible for all outgoing and incoming financial transactions for our group entity, TCXPC, using the Xero accounting platform. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our team, supporting our UK operations and contributing to our growth from South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Company & Financial Administration (TCXPC): Manage all outgoing invoicing and recharges from TCXPC to other group companies and external clients.
Track, log, and code all incoming invoices to TCXPC, ensuring they are processed for payment accurately and on time.
Be the primary user of the Xero accounting software for the entity.
Participate in team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and feel a genuine part of the team. o Provide administrative support as required by the UK team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance administration role.
Must be able to "hit the ground running" with minimal training.
Proficiency in using Xero accounting software is essential.
A stable, professional, and reliable work ethic.
