Job Summary Finance / Accountant | Luxury Safari Travel Agency | Cape Town ? Salary: R25,000 per month Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented Finance / Accountant for a prestigious luxury safari travel agency based in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a finance professional experienced in debtors, creditors, and general accounting within a fast-paced travel or hospitality environment ? Requirements: o Previous experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping o Experience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector advantageous o Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail o Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel o Ability to work independently and meet deadlines o Professional, reliable, and well organised Key Responsibilities: o Manage debtors and creditors, ensuring accurate and timely processing o Reconcile supplier statements, bank accounts, and credit cards o Process invoices, payments, and expense claims o Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting o Monitor cash flow and support budgeting processes o Ensure compliance with financial controls and internal procedures o Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers as required Key Competencies: o Strong organisational and time-management skills o Analytical and methodical approach to financial tasks o Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously o Clear communication and teamwork skills o Discretion and integrity when handling financial information Package: o Salary: R25,000 per month o Work within a luxury safari travel agency environment o Opportunity to develop and grow within a professional hospitality and travel business If you are a meticulous finance professional with experience in hospitality or travel accounting, we would love to hear from you.
