The Role

You will create a world-class customer experience that drive store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice VM principals


Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execute VM event set-ups and new store openings Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the VM framework Assess store needs and use your judgement to make locally-relevant decisions that maximize sales

Requirements

Valid Driver's license Must have your own reliable vehicle ?
2 years' experience in the role ?
Good communication skills; must be able to work across functions and collaborate with store teams ?
Good organizational skills; must be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines ?
Good computer skills; must be able to use Microsoft Office and experience working with illustrator would be beneficial. ?
Good analytical skills; must be able to analyze sales data and identify areas of improvement You will also be required to travel to the South Region from time to time (Cape Town and Kwazulu-Natal)
