Responsibilities:

  • Implement VM execution, window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal themes.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand visual guidelines across all stores.
  • Conducting store visits to assess and improve VM execution.
  • Coordinating with field teams for promotional events.
  • Training and guiding in-store staff on visual standards.
  • Reporting on visual merchandising effectiveness and making recommendations.
  • Implement adequate control systems to manage VM standards
  • Deliver a great Customer Brand Experience
  • Manage Assets & Expenses
Qualifications:
  • A Matric Certificate.
  • Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in Visual merchandiser
  • At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or regional role will be an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Visual & Creative Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, color coordination, and product placement.
  • Retail & Commercial Awareness: Ability to align store layouts and displays with sales strategies.
  • Project Management: Handling multiple stores, campaigns, and seasonal rollouts efficiently.
  • Training & Leadership: Coaching in-store teams on visual standards and best practices.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills required to work closely with store managers, and field managers.
  • Analytical Skills: Using sales data to assess the effectiveness of displays and making improvements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of planograms, VM software, and digital merchandising tools.
