Resolve daily on-site support tickets within SLA timeframes
Conduct site surveys and provide detailed technical reports
Perform new installations neatly and professionally
Maintain client relations and provide basic training after installations
Manage stock, travel claims, and reporting accurately
Requirements:
Proven experience in Telecommunications or IT
Own reliable, insured transport and valid drivers license
Strong communication skills and professional attitude
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Self-motivated, honest, and adaptable
