Job Description
Field Service Technician - Pretoria EastField Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of fibrenetwork infrastructure and related telecommunications services. The role requires both on-site and remote technicalsupport, with a focus on delivering high-quality service, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuringcustomer satisfaction.
