Job SummaryJob Title: Field Service Mechanic
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Working Hours: 07h00 to 17h00 (Overtime may be required)
Salary: NegotiableHire Resolves client is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Mechanic to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic with strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in the field.Requirements:

  • Qualified Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic (Trade Tested)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience with earthmoving and industrial equipment
  • Knowledge of auto electrical systems will be a distinct advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management, punctuality, and administrative/paperwork skills
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair earthmoving and industrial equipment in the field
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs as required
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in accordance with safety standards
