What tasks can you expect?

Perform scheduled and condition-based maintenance on CNC machine tool equipment and controls to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct inspections, lubrication, calibration, and adjustments as part of routine service programs. Respond to occasional equipment failures with prompt diagnostics and corrective action. Ensure minimal downtime through efficient troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and control-related issues. Provide basic training to customers on daily maintenance routines, machine care, and safe operation practices. Support customer understanding of maintenance schedules and procedures. Assist in identifying and recommending necessary spare parts for preventive maintenance and minor repairs. Liaise with parts suppliers or internal teams to ensure timely availability of components. Prepare and maintain detailed service reports summarizing maintenance activities, findings, and recommendations. Track service history and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance strategies.

Your Profile

Educational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation Machine tool millwright qualification At least 2 years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics Operational experience with machine controls Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship IT skills (MS Office) Knowledge of English
