 Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs to keep machinery operating reliably and efficiently
 Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues both on-site and remotely
 Accurately document service activities and maintain a high first-time fix rate
 Provide professional technical support to clients, ensuring quick and effective solutions
 Assist with the installation and digital configuration of new machinery and systems
 Continuously build your technical expertise through e-learning and certification programs
 Ensure all tools, equipment, and service vehicles are maintained in excellent working condition 
Skills & Experience
 2-3 years of experience in machinery maintenance or repair
 A qualification in engineering or software/network configuration (essential)
 Strong ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and digital faults.
 Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
 Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a practical, fast-paced environment
 Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel to various client sites
 Access to a reliable personal vehicle
 Fast learner with a genuine interest in expanding technical expertise through ongoing training and development 
Qualifications
 Minimum of National Diploma in mechanical engineering or trade test
 Valid driver's license 
 Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
