Job Summary Responsibilities: o New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities o Client Engagement: Present and promote our manufactured products, tailoring solutions based on customer needs and specifications. o Product Demonstrations o Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. o Sales Reporting: Track sales activity and performance using Excel. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly Excel (pivot tables, charts, trend analysis). o Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, o Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, logistics, production) to ensure smooth customer interactions and fulfilment of needs. o Trade Shows & Events: Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. o Negotiation: Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients. o Determine Pricing: Help determining pricing schedules for quotes and promotions. o Communicate: Make phone calls or send emails to contact prospective customers. Requirements: o Experience: 3+ years of experience in field sales, Manufacturing sector o Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned territory. o License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. o Education: High school Senior Certificate required Preferred Qualifications: o Self-motivated and driven o Proven sales experience. o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
