Field Sales Operations Representative - Paarden Eiland, Cape Town - Market Related
An established FMCG business is seeking a driven Field Sales Operations Representative to grow sales, manage field teams, and build strong customer relationships across coastal regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Call on retail stores to maximise sales opportunities
- Manage and support merchandising and field sales teams
- Maintain product visibility, promotions, and merchandising standards
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide feedback, training, and performance support to field staff
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- 3-5 years sales experience (FMCG preferred)
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word & Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Tertiary qualification
- Knowledge of seafood or related FMCG products
- SAP experience
Monday to Friday with two Saturdays per month (time off in lieu). Overtime and weekends may be required.
