We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to manage sales and merchandising operations in the Eastern Cape area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, growing sales, leading people, and ensuring in-store excellence.
Key Responsibilities
R Grow and maintain existing customer base
R Acquire new customers to expand market share
R Lead and manage a team of merchandisers
R Ensure accurate stock ordering and availability in stores
R Minimize returns through effective forecasting and stock rotation
R Execute promotions, displays, and in-store brand standards
R Report on sales, market trends, and team performance
Minimum Requirements
Matric with Mathematics is a minimum requirement.
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field advantageous.
Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG sales or Account Management in retail.
Proven experience managing large and small retail accounts.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven organisation, planning, and problem-solving ability.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems and digital reporting tools.
