2. Job Opening: Field Promotion Specialist (E-cigarettes) - Johannesburg, South Africa

We are seeking Field Promotion Specialists to drive e-cigarette ground promotions in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Support for foreigners with a local work visa, as well as nationals; tourist visas are not accepted.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible)

Location: Johannesburg

Requirements:

A. Industry insiders, e-cigarette users, or candidates with FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sales/promotion experience are preferred.

B. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, and self-motivation.

C. Data-sensitive with the ability to extract, analyze, and report market insights.

D. Must be 18+ years old; fluent English is a plus.

E. Valid driver's license required; personal vehicle preferred (transport allowance provided).

Responsibilities:

A. Daily store visits: Develop and maintain relationships with local shops in Johannesburg and surrounding areas; conduct remote outreach for outlying regions. Occasional travel may be required to boost brand shelf presence.

B. Execute in-store promotions: Distribute marketing materials, conduct product trials, and assist with after-sales support.

C. Competitor market research.

D. Submit weekly and monthly reports on time.

Compensation:

Full-time: $600 base salary + $50 transport allowance.
