About this opportunity:

At Ericsson, we are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising all site activities, including civil works, site surveys, network design and installation. You will also be expected to manage support and assurance for commissioning and integration while adhering to the relevant compliance standards. These include Ericsson directives, legal and financial directives, global and local E+OHS standards, and maintaining the integrity of data security and privacy.

What you will do:

You will deliver site planning efficiently ensuring safety, compliance, and a first-time right culture. Manage site surveys for efficient preparation and planning. Manage Application Service Providers (ASPs), their assessments, licensing, training, and comply with directives. Validate site design ensuring it adheres to the required standards. Plan and deliver the installation and commissioning phase, ensuring it aligns with initiated safety measures, compliance, and achieving a first-time right culture. Support the production of documentation and drawings, related to installation and implementation. Implement policy and process compliance to secure a safe work environment and a 1st time right culture, manage and perform activities to the required quality standards, and produce and follow up reports to a satisfactory conclusion.
