Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketer to manage clients within Johannesburg. As a Field Marketer, you will be responsible for calling on pharmacies, health stores, and boutiques in the region. Your main objective will be to manage clients, ensure stock availability, build strong relationships, and maintain an appealing display of products.

Responsibilities:
Client Management:

• Regularly visit pharmacies, health stores, and boutiques to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Understand clients' needs and preferences, offering appropriate product recommendations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor client satisfaction and work towards exceeding their expectations.

Stock Management:

• Conduct regular stock checks, ensuring sufficient product levels to meet client demands.
• Place replenishment orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or distribution team to ensure timely stock delivery.
• Implement effective stock rotation and minimize product expiration risks.

Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Communicate new product releases, promotions, and marketing campaigns to clients.

Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner in compliance with company standards.
• Implement planograms and guidelines provided by the team.
• Train clients' staff on proper product merchandising techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, further education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a merchandising or sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
