Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test equipment (e.g., computers, VR/AR devices, networking tools, or specialized hardware).
Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Conduct routine maintenance and system checks.
Provide basic user training on installed equipment.
Document installation procedures, service reports, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
Coordinate with the technical support team for follow-ups.
Requirements
Diploma or certificate in IT, electronics, networking, or related field.
Previous experience in hardware/software installation or technical support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites.
Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in hardware/software installation, technical support, or a similar field role.
Experience working with AR/VR systems, projectors, or networking equipment (advantageous).
