to join our safari team at ourPrivate Game Reserve
. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, conservation, and professionalismMinimum Requirements
FGASA Field Guide (NQF Level 1 or 2)
Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH)
Trails Guide Training (VPDA)
ValidFirst Aid certificate
ValidPrDP
Strong passion for wildlife and conservation Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Ability to work well within a team and in a remote environmentAdvantageous:
Previous guiding experience in a private game reserve or lodge environment Trails Guide qualification Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH)
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct guided game drives and interpretive safari experiences Ensure guest safety and satisfaction at all times Share in-depth knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and conservation Maintain safari vehicles, guiding equipment, and radios Assist with reserve and conservation activities as required * Work closely with the Head Field Guide and lodge management
