Job Summary Field Guide & Assistant Manager Couple | Luxury Lodge | KwaZulu-Natal ? Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Field Guide & Assistant Manager Couple for a luxury lodge in KwaZulu-Natal. This is a fantastic live-in opportunity for an energetic and professional couple to join a supportive, close-knit team and contribute to exceptional guest experiences and smooth lodge operations. The position is suited to individuals who value teamwork, adaptability, and hands-on involvement in lodge life. Start Date: End of February 2026 Requirements: Field Guide Requirements: Valid PDP and driver's licence Valid First Aid Level 1 (minimum) DEAT registration FGASA Level 1 (minimum) Minimum of 2 years' relevant guiding experience Maintenance experience essential, as guides assist with lodge maintenance Assistant Manager Requirements: Valid driver's licence First Aid Level 1 preferred Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role Ability to manage in-camp issues independently and perform well under pressure Strong interpersonal and staff management skills Key Attributes for the Couple: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Energetic with a strong willingness to learn Ability to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life in a live-in environment Strong teamwork, adaptability, and collaboration skills Package: Live-in accommodation provided ?
