Field Consultants
to represent our residential development projects inDawn City
,Albertsdal
, andPalm Ridge
. As a Field Consultant, you will be stationedon-site daily
and serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the stand selection and purchasing process.Key Responsibilities:
Be present
on-site daily
to welcome and assist prospective clients. Conducton-site tours
, showing clients theshow house
and walking them throughavailable stands
. Help clients select the most suitable stand or unit and relay this information to the head office for processing. Collect all requiredFICA documentation
from potential buyers (ID, proof of residence, income documents). Work from a designatedon-site office container
provided by CalBus Properties. Collaborate with sales agents for signing of pre-qualified deals. Most importantly -drive and close sales
to ensure deal finalization.Requirements:
Previous experience in
sales
,real estate
, or customer-facing roles is advantageous. Excellentcommunication
andpeople skills
. Must bepresentable
, professional, and committed todaily on-site presence
. Self-motivated and able to workindependently
. Knowledge ofFICA requirements
and property sale processes is a plus.Own cellphone
required; own transport is an advantage.Remuneration:
Monthly Stipend:
R2500 (basic support stipend)Commission:
R2,000per closed on-site sale
Income is directly proportional todeals closed
Workspace provided
